We offer Full Service Interior Design for whole concept commercial clients, specialising in boutique hotel & hideaway rental projects.
Our full service is designed to assist and facilitate in all aspects of your project. From the initial brief right through to installation and styling, we consult with architects and builders whilst offering a tailor-made approach to concept and design. We design spaces that not only look beautiful but that are functional. Our interiors are designed to be experienced and so every detail and touch point is considered.
From spatial planning and lighting design to choosing furniture, fabrics and accessories; we take care of everything. All of our spaces are designed on a project by project basis, personally tailored to your brand, business and vision. Our personal approach ensures a collaborative, one of a kind design concept every time. We save you valuable time and energy, allowing you to truly enjoy the experience of seeing your vision become a reality.
We believe wholeheartedly that to achieve an overall cohesiveness in the aesthetic and feel of a property; that this requires a ‘whole concept design’. With this in mind, we do not currently offer our services on a room by room basis.

We understand how protective you may rightly be of your company and the brand you are building. It’s our job to protect the design of your commercial project just as fiercely.
We take care of any on site questions, ensuring that the design concept, drawings and deliverables are kept on track and reflective of the final desired result. This ensures that no detail is left to interpretation by your instructed trades and that you are not interrupted by on site calls or emails; allowing you to focus on growing your business.
/ Procurement Services
As a Studio Walcot client, you will have access to custom furnishings and special trade only pricing.
We charge a flat percentage fee for the cost of shipping and receiving. All of your items will be shipped to our receiving warehouse, where we will personally unbox, inspect, assemble, and deliver on install. Any components required by your trades will be sent directly to site ahead of time. This keeps the process efficient and ensures that your furnishings are taken care of.
/ Property Styling
We offer Property Styling for estate agents, private sale and rental properties, hotels and hideaway rental properties.
This service is designed to assist with the finishing touches needed to complete individual spaces from occasional furniture to soft and decorative accessories. We open up our ‘little black book’ of finishing touches to you and bring the space together with professional styling - all specified from our own edited collection of interior homewares. We deliver everything in person, style all your new products and leave the home ready to be enjoyed.
This service is ideal for property investors and sales/lettings agents looking to stage for sale or rental as well as holiday lets that require additional finishing touches. We have ongoing professional staging contracts with local agents in the Bath area, but have the capacity to work all over the UK and Europe.
We charge a flat rate of £125 per hour for any site visits and styling visits and as we specify all products from our own collection this service runs alongside our procurement service, making this an easy process for you with a great return on investment. Plus, spend over £5000 on furniture or home accessories from our collection and we deduct any site visit fees from your final balance.
